Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our art photography. However, due to variations in monitor displays and other factors, the colors of the products may differ slightly from those seen on your screen.
Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP, USD or EUR and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, duties, or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout.
Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as specified on the website.
Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit the quantity of any order at our discretion.
Order Cancellation: You have 2 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel it without penalty. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at bernard@bmedia.photography. If more than 2 hours have passed since the order was placed, the order cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined in the section "Returns and Refunds" below.
Shipping: We offer shipping to various locations as specified on our website. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalised orders, digital downloads, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at bernard@bmedia.photography with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Reporting Damages: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damage and a description of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Replacement Policy: If a replacement is approved, we will ship a new item at no additional cost to you.
No Warranty: We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or availability of our website or products.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, bmedia freelance photography shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
